Liim

Liim is a 22-year-old artist from Harlem known for his genre-blurring sound that fuses hip-hop, soul, and alternative textures. His music—built on dissonant jazz loops, ghostly soul fragments, and freeform lyrical flows—reflects the raw energy and complexity of New York City life. Since debuting in 2022, Liim has released standout tracks like “Petty Pete,” “Edward 40 Handz,” “For The Both of Us,” “Mezcal,” and “Why Why,” leading up to his debut project Liim Lasalle Loves You. He’s earned co-signs from Tyler, The Creator and has been featured in outlets including Pigeons & Planes, Rolling Stone, and Highsnobiety.

Liim moves fluidly in NYC’s creative scene between music, fashion, and visual art—modeling for Gucci, Adidas, and Supreme, while documenting his world through a camcorder lens. While still only 22, Liim’s lyrical perspective is telling of a wisdom far surpassing his years. He is not only a musical artist, but a pioneering creative in an emerging scene and sound of New York.
